Data Deletion Instructions
Users can request deletion of data associated with Dayan Medya and the AlicanAi application integrations.
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected].
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - AlicanAi.
- Include the Meta account, Page, Instagram account, Threads account, or business asset connected to the app.
- We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is authorized to make the request.
What We Delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize app-related personal data, stored tokens, and operational records that are no longer required for legal, security, or audit purposes.
Revoking App Access
Users can also remove the app directly from Meta account settings. Removing access stops future collection through the app but does not automatically remove all prior operational records; email us to request deletion.
